- Anthropic, PBC — AI content generation. Dates and newspaper selections may be processed; we do not share names or personal details beyond what is technically necessary
Legal Requirements and Business Transfers
We may disclose your data if required by law or court order. If Inkdate is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner with prior notice to you.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where we transfer your personal data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Order records (name, email, dates, delivery address): 7 years from the date of order, to comply with UK tax obligations
- Memorial Edition order details including name of deceased: 7 years from the date of order
- Email addresses for marketing: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Generated newspaper content: not retained after delivery unless you have an active subscription
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
- Account data: for the duration of your account, plus 90 days after closure
