We strongly encourage all customers to use our free watermarked sample before purchasing. The free sample shows you exactly the style and quality of newspaper you will receive. This allows you to see your date and newspaper selection before committing to a purchase.
We will consider a refund or regeneration in the following circumstances:
— Your newspaper failed to generate due to a technical error on our side
— You were charged but received no image
— You were charged twice for the same order
If you have experienced a technical issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@inkdateapp.com with your order details and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For Print & Post physical orders, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once your order has been sent to print it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
